"Hotel was okay "

Due to lack of staffing, I did not receive cleaning service. I had to leave my trash cans in the hallway in order for them to be dumped. I’m quite sure a manager knows how to bring up clean towels and wash clothes and make a bed. I asked for a late check out in order for my son to take a shower after his baseball game. I was told 1:00 wasn’t doable but 12:30 was. His game was over at 12. I saw the list of check out rooms. My room just could have been cleaned after the other rooms in the list. Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel convenient to I-95. Next door to a Cracker Barrel and within walking distance to the outlet mall. Great breakfast

We only stayed one night on our trip. The bathroom floor was filthy, the ceiling in the bathroom around the AC vent was either moldy or just dusty but black and the room was freezing cold.

The male at the front desk that checked me in is not very friendly at all !! But the rest of the staff is great. This place is cold clean and quiet!! The breakfast could use some fresh food. We were there Monday thru Thursday and all bagels and bread was hard as a rock… bananas were not fresh cereal is on the stale side… biscuits were hard all 4 days… but all in all they do try… And I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place…

The stay was very pleasing. It was comfortable and the complementary breakfast was very good. It was just what we needed for a one night stay. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
