The staff was good in checking in and out. All of the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was great

The bathroom door in room 110 needs to be fixed

This was a nice spot, I would come back again. Some of the staff could understand english that well but they were nice. The breakfast was cool .

It didn’t seem like there was any air conditioning in the lobby or the hallways. There was a big crack in the sink in the bathroom. We couldn’t use the pool because it hasn’t been cleaned for the season yet.

You see that picture of the pool you're showing. The pool was closed, It was filthy and horrendous to look at, they didn't even have covered it.. When I was booking it, they did not mention that the pool is closed. It was the sole reason I picked this establishment. So that's on the management end. The staff, especially Kimani was extremely helpful and nice.

Cost was lower than I expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and it even came with breakfast!

I love the comfort of the bed

Property was very nice and the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super soft and everything was nice and clean. We did not eat the breakfast they provided so I can’t comment on that. We only had to stay for one night and it was definitely worth the value.

When we checked into our room, we got ready and went to a birthday party within 15 minutes. When we got back later that evening we went to the bathroom and flushed the toilet and it wouldn’t flush so we had to pack up and moved to a different room. That room was great except for the extra large water stains on the ceiling. When our toilet wouldn’t flush in the first room, I tried using the phone in our room and pushed pretty much every single button to try to get the front desk and it just immediately went to busy signal so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them to come upstairs. Not a big problem, but the phone should be working also. They also talk about it being non-smoking, but there’s a bench outside the front door where people sit and smoke and every time the door opens. It sucks it into the lobby and there are cigarette butts on the ground because they don’t provide an ashtray.
