The hotel smelled, the room was dirty- we did not even end up staying, We went next door to the Crowne Plaza and booked a room instead. I believe my daughter left her tablet in the lobby when we checked in, and the staff were very unhelpful in trying to locate it. I assume it got stolen, but did not even pretend to try to help when I called just 5 mins after leaving to ask about it.

"Perfect for what I needed"

I stayed here for 2 nights while sightseeing in the Springfield area. I needed a clean, quiet, and comfortable room and I found it here. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was fine, plentiful and well stocked. There was plenty to choose from, both hot and cold. Check in was smooth, as was check out. All employees were super friendly! I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area!

The pool was closed for maintenance. That is not acceptable for a family traveling with small children when we specifically choose to stay at a hotel with a pool for entertainment.

"Maintenance?"

The night was fine until we started to shower. The tub would not drain I called the front desk she said she would call maintenance to come straight down. I told her we needed to get on the road. An hour and a half later we checked out the tub was still stopped up but had drained some. I checked out and the response was “Sorry this happened.”
