Very special location within a balsamic vinegar vineyard, surrounded by picturesque scenery and hosted by a very kind and welcoming host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location in the middle of a wineyard, dream come true! Owner very very nice and really has a wonderful job taking care of many items as well as tourists.

Very new,large room and bathroom. Nice authentic wooden beams which give a character to the place. Amazing location in the countryside.

They forgot to clean the hair from the shower drain.

Nice calm and countryside location. Not much luxery, but enough for a short stay. About 5 minutes drive from Maranello and 10 minutes from Modena. Formigine itself also has a nice and calm atmosphere with nice traditional restaurants.

The rooms have no small fridge, so for longer stays it's not really possible to bring your own food/drinks.

It would have been useful if there was some shampoo provided

We were on the top floor at the roof end with window on the roof. During the night there was rain and was very romantic, birds were singing around, it was wonderful. We were parking the car next to the building, the location were suitable for us to drive in between both (Maranello and Modena) museums of Ferrari. The bathroom is the first I could turn around under the shower. It was perfect.

Filipo was so nice and smiled, but his boss wasn't. He should learn from Filipo how to welcome guests. This is a joke, but good to have the jokes to say the truth. I would be happier if Filipo was alone welcoming us. This does now bother us to have a wonderful stay.
