Holiday Inn Express Hotel Kansas City - Bonner Springs by IHG

Our room was ready early. We were so thankful.

Breakfast staff was rude to my friend. Told her very rudely that she needed to have shoes on to be in the Breakfast area. Loved location and all the orher staff!

The smell of the bathroom was very bad. It sounded like their bubbles coming up through the toilet. I took a bath and it sounded like toilet bubbles. I'm guessing they're gas bubbles of something gross and that that's where I kept trying. Remember t I think that's why sometimes it wasn't as bad as other times. It's just sometimes we left the door open and the toilet open and that made the whole room kind of stink, but sometimes it felt like it was more local to the bathroom and I think that might be the time speed to remember to either shut the toilet or the door of the bathroom or bowl. The dresser drawer door was broken or haunted unsure.

Bathroom had bad odor - immediately noticeable upon entering the room. Bed was comfortable. Door didn’t block hallway noise well. Fridge in the convenience store was broken, so all drinks were warm.

Our room slanted at about a 5 inch drop from the wall to the bed. Concerned about construction

Clean and quiet. Just far enough outside the city to not pay city prices. We were in town for a concert at the nearby amphitheater and it was super convenient.

Took a little time to get checked in - the lobby and dinning areas were fairly busy at 3, which was a little strange as many of folks appeared To work there.

The rooms were okay. The beds were clean and comfortable. However, the people next door were really loud and we could hear everything they said.
