Holiday Inn Express Hotel Kansas City - Bonner Springs by IHG

Nice, very warm pool, clean room, Keurig pot was great, comfortable.

Broken chair in room, slanted room, you could feel the unevenness and see the tiles popping, need a light above the coffee station.

The double queen room was very spacious. It was immaculately cleaned. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and choices. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful when we needed anything. The hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Stopped for one night driving thru. The hotel is nice enough, but we both found the bed too hard and the pillows too soft - first time I can recall us both having a poor night’s sleep for those reasons.

Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and clean. Location was easy to find and close to gas station and other amenities.

The room cost us about $30 more than we'd paid at a nicer hotel the night before in Oklahoma so that was disappointing.

Decent location. Clean enough, but had a musty smell in the room. It was good, but nothing exceptional.

Could be cleaner. Weird smell in the room and property.

Room was clean but shower was terrible and you could stick your hand through a crack in door into the hall i could see people walking by our room
