Inoperative hot top Low grade breakfast choices

The staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. However, when it comes to the breakfast that is offered in the pictures are very misleading. There was only dry cereal and breads available very disappointing.

Breakfast was very limited and I would have loved to of had a microwave in our room, for health issues.

I know that all requests aren't always granted, but can always be helpful. I worked at hotels before and I know you do your best to accommodate a guest to make sure that they stay at your hotel again. I didn't appreciate my card being ran before I checked in when I was told to come back a couple of hours later. I've never had that happen at a hotel before

I didn't care for all of the amenities being on the first floor of a three-story hotel. I believe I would make a request in the future if I stay to be on the third floor so that I don't hear noise all night.

The hotel is nice with restaurants in walking distance and just 15 minutes from KC Renfair and Speedway

Hot tub was out of order as of Oct 12 but otherwise no issues

Nice room. Good breakfast options. Did not see any way to recycle items.
