It was a great last minute find and the people working there were so helpful. The Jacuzzi jet tub was absolutely wonderful. The room was super clean.

No pool, there's a pool.but it's never open. There is something wrong with the elevator, kind of scary. They house homeless women and children which is nice however it often attracts unsavory people who eye them as targets, so security should be better implemented

Wanted to use jacuzzi in the room it was running dirty water with black stuff coming out

Lied about pool and spa. Pool empty. No spa or hot tub at all. I called and verified about pool and mobility room. No pool and a tub. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

The manager was good in trying to make our stay right

Rooms weren’t clean, no office like it said, no pool like it said, we were given a room someone was staying in. The whole fourth floor wreaked as they had 6-7 garbage bags full next to the ice machine

First room hot and heater would not go off. Second room tv didn’t work. 3rd room double beds not queens. Breakfast not good. Ran out of coffee two mornings. 3rd room water came out brown when first turning on faucet. So bad!!!

No signage. Staff took awhile to appear... pool was not in service, nothing said about this, property chosen for this reason...
