Holiday Inn Express and Suites Three Rivers by IHG

The location

For the price, the carpet was nasty dirty, and I asked to be put in a different room, and the carpets were as bad. For a Hoilday Inn , I was disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

The room that they check me in it had roaches and I didn’t stay at the hotel they cancel by reservation

I checked in at 10pm, left at 5am. Killed a spider on my head in the middle of the night, and woke up to another bug crawling on my pillow. See photo and video.

The quality of the beds and the pool.

I feel like there should be a little more in room accommodation like eating utensils and cups.

Property was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. It was close to the hospital. No complaints or concerns at all during my 2-night stay.

Stayed overnight after attending a concert in the nearby dark sky park. Room was comfortable. Ice machine on our floor was out of order and wish front desk had let us know that when we checked in. Only available machine was on a different floor.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The pool was dirty. There was ductape covering the key entry into the pool area with door being cracked open.. Pumps were not on. No signs on the door saying pool was closed. Bottom of pool was grimy. The toilet in our bathroom was dirty. The bathtub filled with water while taking a shower and would cover ankles. We stay at multiple holiday inn express for travel ball and business and have never seen something like this before.
