Our bed sheet was only changed once in ten days they came to change the towel The towers in the bathroom once in a while but they never bother to change the bed sheet is so appalling

I don't like having to tell them to change the bed sheet it should be standard

"Great place, but noisy bathroom fans."

Great location. 2- minutes walking distance from the Minneapolis convention center. The assigned parking spot is great for $20.00/day. Breakfast was good. Rooms/Suites were well laid out and clean.

There is ONLY one switch that controls the bathroom lights and air extractor - fan. It is very NOISY. Other places have two switches for the lights and the fan. You don't need the fan when brushing your teeth or using makeup, only when taking a bath or using the toilet. We had to use the bathroom in darkness at night so as not to disturb our partners.
