Bathroom was dirty when checked in.

WiFi wasn’t working for hours. Staff was extremely disorganized.

Horrible experience. Shower did not work in my room. Was obvious that anyone who would have even tried to check would notice the problem. Head fell off wall and wall fixture would not hold it in place at any angle, no hot water. Noticed at 3am, just went to bed. In the morning. Staff offered no solution. Did not offer to let me use another room, did not offer to have maintenance look at it, had they i would have told them forget it at this point. Breakfast was beyond disgusting.. Dirty and unkempt, cold food.. Literal rotten fruit on display. A complete joke. I checked in and was given a key and a room. Upon checkout was told I was never checked in and was marked as a no show. Funny how they for sure charged me both the room fee and the $100 incidental hold. I should be given a full refund for this ridiculous excuse for a hotel stay. At least the bed was comfortable.

Clean

Bathrooms were pretty worn out. Still worked fine but they had some miles on them. Good for the price still.
