The evening staff was amazing morning lady was aweful

I stayed the night before a formal interview. Staff was really friendly and inviting. Parking lot was not well-lit, but I had no issues. My bed was clean, pillows fluffy. Sink functional. Fresh towels and toiletries provided. Internet worked. My toilet did not flush- no water was even flowing into the upper chamber so I couldn't fix it. There was one spider living in the bathroom, and several ladybugs on the window. None of them bothered me. I was in a rush, so I did not seek out a room change. The staff seemed very kind, and I am confident they would have moved me if I requested. Breakfast was served, but I did not eat due to my timeframe. There was a nice pet cat in the lobby. I would consider staying here again.

Room was great.
