Didn’t make our bed every day, we stayed 4 nights

Availability, low floor, no stairs, accessible room, I felt safe, was decent clean, Your employees are good, congenital, helpful and pleasant enough ! Was comfortable

Had a leak in the sink, shower floor had no non- slip guards on bottom. I have a falling tendency , and not having those non-slip guards on bottom of shower of an accessible room was frustrating. Yes there were guard rails which were a savior but to even stand in the shower was very slippery, much less take even a step! Just saying. Breakfast had a lot to be desired, the lady working and keeping up with keeping it cleaned up and stocked was great and tried her best, but 2 times of trying the coffee and you struck out! 1x cup was literally full of grounds, 2x it tasted like whatever you use to clean the pot, but yay, no grounds! Alas, we drove on to Wawa, which has never disappointed us in coffee! The rest of Breakfast was ok, hey it was included so there was that! It just didn't have a great taste, it was bland, plain..but you had bacon, and I was greatful for that! Most places have only sausage 🤮.I dont mean to nitpick , but I feel if you dont say something, it will never get "fixed " or get better or change. How can the manager ever correct it? Only reason to speak up. It's not a bad hotel at all, just needs some tweaking and it could be a 10!
