Alaska Back Country Cottages

Very clean and nice lodging. Owners were great at communicating. Perfect base camp for anyone wanting to explore the valley and glacier. Only criticism would be that the tv in bedroom was not functioning. Not a big deal, would definitely stay again.

Host was very happy to greet us and made everything perfect and even gave extra breakfast items.

Very clean, great location on Palmer.

The cabin was very clean and the bed was quite comfy. The kitchen was well furnished. There were even enough eggs and milk for our breakfast along with coffee/ tea options. Granola bars and a few snack paks were a welcome treat. Great views of surrounding mts and atv tours are available at the office.

There were eggs & milk in the fridge for us plus oatmeal packets & small cold cereal boxes in the cabinet. It is so cute & quiet. The whole property is so well maintained. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing and cozy and clean.

Beautiful location, very nice and spacious cabins, pretty clean. The downside is I rented a cabin with three beds, why one earth would you charge extra for more than two people ? Very odd when it’s a cabin made for at LEAST three people. Make your price up front and don’t sandbag extra charges.

The host, Lina is great! She & her husband are quite responsive and helpful. They kept their words - whatever they offered before check-in, they provided and kept the promise. They also provided pre-served breakfast which we didn't expect. We are super happy staying in their cottage - wonderful experience! Thank YOU both.
