Best Western Plus Goldsboro

As you know by now I look for the best pillows at hotels. And their pillows passed the test. I slept well 😌

The Cleaning crew did well in the rooms they just didn't give that same energy to the hallway l. There was a big puddle of wetness right in front of the elevator. Unacceptable

Tiffany did a great job. We give her a 10.

The water in the hot tub came out brown. So we didn't use it

The staff were friendly and the location was close to town and had lots of local fast food restaurants. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very dated and need of a revamp. It felt like a hotel from the 1970's. It is difficult for a bathroom to look clean after being used for so many years. The breakfast is a typical American style, very poor.

Friendly staff and the manager was very professional.

My room wasn't very clean neither did the hot tub work had to be moved to another room and the sink was stopped up and no one repaired it after I informed them .

Perfect location right next to Sheetz that’s open 24hrs. Mena was exceptional!! Very attentive and understanding. Outstanding customer service skills!!

My room had an awful smell when I arrived. It was late and I was tired so I didn’t complain because I didn’t feel like changing rooms. I just my personal spray to freshen it up.

Parking was convenient, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the facility is showing its age.
