Affordable, clean and comfortable.

Overall, the facility was nice. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue that was ignored. I called the front desk and advised the toilet wasn't flushing. I was offered a plunger and nothing else. It wasn't backed up. If you flushed, it acted like it wanted to overflow and then 5-6 mins later, the fluid would drain out, but nothing else. It was continually like that. When I checked out, I let the front desk attendant know it wasn't a problem that could be "plunged.". No apologies. No nothing. I was not mad that there were plumbing issues. Life happens. I was frustrated by the lack of assistance by staff. It's unfortunate because the facility was clean and comfortable.
