The area feels unsafe and the room was dirty

Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is in need of a severe update. And upkeep.

My workers told me that the morning after they got up they went to have a breakfast and the staff who were on the next shift was very rough I think that is not the right way to treat a client. the person who was at night was very kind and cervical but the one in the morning was the opposite.

The eggs were not good. Usually the hotels have a waffle maker and it did not. There was not much fruit by the time we got there. There was no yogurt.

The bathroom needed a lot of attention to detail. There was paint on the enclosure closure. There was a gap around the tub and when you were in it it moved away from the wall and the tub was very slippery.

Room was clean

The drain in the shower need attention. I was trying to take a shower and looked down im standing in tub of water. I believe its clot up. Room 211

Less money for small pet

The lobby was nice but it didn’t match the rooms, that’s for sure.

The room was dirty, dead roaches on the floor, dirt and hair. The nightstand had old food crumbs and sticky stuff on it. The beds looked nice and they were made with clean bedding, but when my son went to lay down in his bed, he yelled I’m soaking wet, and the bed was soaking wet with urine. I complained to management and they moved us to another room. Although the new room did not have roaches, the paint was peeling off the walls. there were huge cracks, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Also, the sink was clogged and the floor again was not clean.
