"Nightmare"

Was told by email they would accomidate my request for 1st floor room. When we arrived after traveling all day was told the only way they would accommodate me is if I paid extra. I had to pay because they had no elevator and I am unable to climb stairs. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. Will not recommend or stay there again.

Large clean room, with access to pool and hot tub as well as complimentary breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and very willing to assist with any needs I encountered.

No elevators.

Walls were somewhat thin. When occupants next door took showers the noise from the water was very loud and disrupting.
