Nice staff. Nice room. Sign on door says ice machine at other end of building. No ice machine found

Room would not cool down.

There were bugs in the room but the dirty bathroom was the worst part. The motel seemed very old and and needs updating. There were some stains on the bedding and there seemed to be very little insulation in between the rooms.

10-12 y/o working counter. Mold in bathroom, drywall falling behind toilet, paint on ironing board, no coffee machine or ice bucket, office was closed in morning without breakfast or coffee, i called offices number on window and he was asleep at 7 am. I was overcharged on my account for the night. Cockroach in bed and the bed springs could be seen under the dirty sheets. The bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Overall it was an extremely terrible experience. I definitely want a refund and I have pictures to document my night.

The floor in the room had not been swept/vacuumed. There was no trashcan in the room at all anywhere. The bedding was clean, but the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Staff was pleasant at check-in, but sent a family member to "check" on the room, so there was someone already standing in the room when we went to enter. Went to breakfast in the morning, but was unable to eat because someone had burnt food/set something on fire and the entire lobby was filled with smoke. I left smelling like smoke and still had to stop somewhere else to get food.

Staff are not friendly and the hotel is not well maintained.

Dirty room, remodeling? Staff at check-in was able to get a ground floor room which was not mentioned as a requirement for me. that may be why the room was the way it was. Bed clean and comfortable

Front desk was extremely rude and pushy. Told me to get in my room pushed me around for no reason. Minus u guy uugyffyyfyfgyfyfgyfgyffyf if yggghuffygfugfuyġ

The room looks clean enough, but so many flies were in the room. Some guests were smoking pot outside our room too. I don’t think I will stay here again. Sorry.
