Found a herion needle behind the toilet.

Staff very friendly room Clean but hotel is old and has the old Smell though was very clean.

The area and the building itself were on the noisy side (for instance someone in a different room flushing a toilet caused enough noise in the pipes to wake me). Overall not a bad place to stay.

The front desk person did the bare minimum necessary to check my husband and I in at 8pm, then handed us a blank room key card. As we exited the lobby, she taped a ‘no vacancy’ sign to the exit door and locked it behind us. We discovered when we went back just 15 minutes later for some needed room supplies (tissues, a pillow) that only a phone number was posted if assistance was needed for the rest of the night. Lordsburg was hot, dry and very windy (gusts up to 47mph) while we were there, so it was quite difficult getting our luggage up the outdoor stairs (no elevator) to the second floor while maintaining our balance. There was a park-type bench broken and blown on its side just beside the bottom of the stairs as a testament to how precarious it was. The room lock took several tries to open. The room was poorly laid out with the bed in full view right inside its entrance while a desk, chair, small refrigerator and microwave looked lost in the remaining big empty space. They provided the standard hotel free breakfast but the tables needed to be wiped and there was no hot tea. After breakfast we asked the front desk person about a local tourist attraction. She laughed and said she knew nothing about it, in a tone which sounded like she thought it was silly. We were glad to leave and won’t go back.

Booked my reservation and when I arrived I was told there was no rooms. After the banter back and forth that I have a confirmation email and number, I was handed a key from a less than friendly man who continued to insist I should not have been allowed to reserve a room.

The exterior is in desperate need of a renovation it looks like an abandoned building. Had I know this I would not have booked this motel. The room however was clean.

This place has “new” platform beds that wobble terribly! Management said the bed was safe as it was new. We didn’t have an issue with it falling apart in the night, so I guess that is why they weren’t worried about it.

Hotel was clean and quiet and staff were friendly and helpful.

Property is pretty worn although intact. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, & the area quieted down during the night. Breakfast was scant.
