"Would have been great if issues were resolved"

Clean room, comfortable bed. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Advised at check-in that we had an additional "upsell" charge for two queens versus one king "as we requested ". However we did not request that. Staff apologized and promptly refunded the charge. Breakfast items sparse, mostly carbs. Requested a luggage rack in our room, didn't receive it. Air conditioner was not cooling. Notified front desk but no repair or different room offered.

"Great place for the price."

This did not look or feel like a budget hotel. The location was safe and atmosphere was inviting. The front desk attendant was super nice and extremely helpful. We flew in early and she was able to get us checked in early. The room was good for the price and very clean. It wasn’t noisy at all. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were always friendly. If we had needed anything, I don't think it would have been a hassle to get it.

Sometimes it looked like they swept in a hurry and missed stuff, but nothing terribly bad.
