Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

No microwave

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Bathtub would not drain. Sheets were stained and filthy.Carpet was filthy. The breakfast contained spoiled fruit, salty sausage. I was totally disappointed with my experience.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Would come back again

I had to switch rooms 3 times. Two ac units were Broken and one was literally completely off the wall and broken in half and dust and mold all on the inside, i would like my money back. I have a picture of the ac unit and condition of it, the hotel was disgusting

Nice location. Pool looked nice. Gym nice.

Staff weren’t very friendly and looked bothered when people requested something missing in the breakfast area, which was essentially everything. Room cards kept deactivating so we had to keep getting new ones (4 times). Stains on sheets. Fridge wasn’t working (warm inside).

It’s pretty bad when you get to your room to find a broken window on the second floor. Then you get assigned a new room, only to find a king sized bed for a mother & her 18 year to sleep in. We had requested two queen beds. After all that, we finally got a room, but couldn’t feel safe after finding that broken window.

Breakfast was AWESOME. Hot and fresh. Beds were super comfy.

Had some trouble with keys working when we first arrived, and then there was a mix up that resulted in a strange family opening our room with a key because they were also assigned that room. It also smelled of cigarettes in our non-smoking room.

Check in was easy and we going the attendant to be most helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean with only minor issues, like the outside trash can and trash can in the dining area needed to be wiped down. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast and good!
