"Never Again!"

The front desk staff was Wonderful. The location was perfect. It was clean!

We ask about pool being open. Basically was told the maintenance did not want to open because they would have to clean it at the end of the day. We stayed there because of the indoor pool. Breakfast was horrible, except the waffle. The tv wouldn't work. Kept changing the inputs on its on every ten minutes. The a/c sucked and the room was hot all night long.

"They double charged my credit card and charged a $100 security deposit. I only had $800 to Christmas shop for my 8 grand"

"BED BUGS RUN FAST"

The fact that I was scatching and itching all night due to my room being infested with bed bugs. I had to kill one crawling on the bed. I requested a refund no response yet.

"Not what I prefer for a long stay but acceptable for a few nights"

Easy to get to everyone and breakfast included

We stayed 8 days and struggled to get them to clean our room! After 3 days of no one coming to clean even after requesting twice in person, we had to threaten to leave

The property is obviously very old and needs a makeover in a big way, it is quite dirty and beat up. And the rooms had that musty smell.
