I love staying here every time. No tv this time and that was a major bummer

No hot water in the room

We stayed here for Parents Weekend — this was our second time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed the TV wasn’t working. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that DirecTV was working on the issue, but unfortunately, it remained out of service for our entire stay. In addition, we had no hot water throughout the weekend. On Sunday morning, things got worse — there was no running water at all. The sink, shower, and toilet were completely unusable. My wife had to use a hand towel to rinse off soap and then go next door to the restaurant just to wash her hands. When we spoke to the front desk, they had no explanation for what happened. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this hotel, despite its convenient location.

The location

It was dirty! Hair on sheets and all over bathroom. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold coming from the AC unit. No cable and NO WATER! Hotel staff (Michael at front desk) was awful to deal with! Promised to comp room for all of the issues and we have yet to see that refund! He hangs up when I try calling! Pretending not to be able to hear me even though I’m calling from a landline! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hotel!

It was dirty, unclean old and not fit to stay in. Had to cancel the trip and get a reimbursement and find another hotel.

This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I've stayed at. Outdoor and lobby areas are clean and nice. But when we checked in the tv was not receiving a signal, we went to the front desk and was told it had been out for a few days, which should have been mentioned when we checked in. The bathroom needs updating and a deep cleaning. The following day, the water was not functioning for about 2 hours, couldn't flush the total, barely a trickle in the sink and shower. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night.

Clean and comfortable.

The TV cable shut down the first day there and never came back. Kind of a big deal for us. Had to run someone down for towels after day one.

The location is good and there was plenty of parking. I only interacted briefly with one employee at the front desk, who was cordial. My room was clean; however, there was a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed. If I hadn't arrived so late in the evening, I would have asked for another room.
