Quality Inn & Suites NJ State Capital Area

felt it worth posting because there are a lot of posts about stained/dirty sheets, which was not my experience. Seems they have recently touched up the room, and although it feels cheap, it is relatively clean for a budget hotel. Check-in was easy even though I came in very late.

there was a bit of noise in the morning, shower pressure was not amazing. a bit of wear & tear is visible.

Property was clean and location was pretty good.

People behind the counter would leave you standing there for several minutes while in the back laughing. One employee was dressed in pajamas and had her underwear hanging out. She looked as if she was on something.

Very disappointed with our stay. The service was honestly terrible from beginning to end. Employees were showing up and working in pajamas, which looked very unprofessional. The breakfasts were really poor and the counters were often left empty. We constantly had to ask for items to be refilled while employees stayed in a room next to the dining area talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Our towels and washcloths were never changed either. On top of that, every time we asked for something, the employees were rude and acted bothered by simple requests. I do not recommend this place.

It was nice and comfortable while it lasted.

Lots of noise coming from the 2nd level. Reported to staff but seems like they didn't want to handle it at all. I was offered a different room but it wasn't necessary since it was my last night. Staff needs to be more strict on guest when getting complaints about other guests causing disturbance.

We just spent one night. My only 2 concerns: 1- I ask for a none smoking room, but hours smell smoke 2-Breakfast: I was expecting more options
