They were very accommodating

Hotel is well maintained as far as appearance. Rooms are clean, a nice size,and the mattresses were excellent. Shower/ toilet area a little small with some minor issues. A/C unit was very good. Front desk personnel were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was not to our liking. For a $100+ room, well below expectations.

I received a text prior to arrival asking me to check in so I provided my information, took a pic of my license, provided a card for incidentals. That was a waste of time because I had to do it all again when I arrived. The bed had metal panels along the frame that must have been loose because they banged against each other, loudly, when we moved. They sent a text when I checked in asking me to reply if I had any issues. I replied to that and they wrote back that no one is available. Then why did you ask me to reach out if I needed anything? At breakfast there were four containers for cereals but they had two containers each of cheerios and Froot Loops so no grownup options. The property around the motel was littered with trash and beer cans and bottles. I will never stay here again. Positives: bed was comfortable (except for the small pillows), water pressure was good in the shower, room was clean

The front door of our room isn’t sealed properly. There was someone smoking outside our room and the smell was coming inside for the door not being sealed properly. Our daughter has asthma and can’t breathe well from the smell. Also there were not blankets or pillows for the pull out bed.

Liked the property, didn’t like the breakfast

The room we stayed in had urine and hair all around the base of the toilet. There was fecal matter around the toilet seat and bowl. The bathtub floor was dirty and gray. Around the sink faucet was hair from someone shaving. There were cup rings on every surface. The bed headboards were covered in miscellaneous smears. The floor was disgusting. The sheets looked dirty and had hair on them. When we asked for sheets they only had one top sheet, the attendant showed us another two rooms to see if we would prefer, however one had a strong odor and was equally filthy, and the other had a puddle of dog urine in the corner of the room which was evident by the dog hair and strong smell. It was 3:00am and we reserved the room online prior. It wasn't until the next day someone told us we could have been refunded if we spoke to someone within a half hour of arrival and asked, but the attendant we spoke to immediately never told us that. I have two severely autistic children, this made things incredibly difficult for us and ruined part of our trip. We all woke up with swollen eyes because it was so dirty and dusty, we got no sleep because it was so uncomfortable being in a place where we were so grossed out and afraid to touch anything. This was an incredibly stressful and miserable experience, and I will never stay at another Wyndham again because I feel like it's not a risk worth taking, the price did not reflect the quality of the hotel.

Found a roach in out room. Very old and needing reconditioning. Breakfast was non existant. Only biscuits and gravy. Coffee only available for breakfast. No ice macchine.
