The room was clean! The maid service did a wonderful job!

The mattress sagged in the middle. The hotel was under construction, so pool was closed. We received no notification that it was closed. The rest of the hotel was dirty, such as the outside of trash cans, the elevator and the downstairs bathroom. The room towels were very thin.

They are in middle of renovation They were smart enough to to give us one of the new renovated rooms.

Typical hotel breakfast was very poor. Typical ready made eggs and and packaged sausages. eating area was very dirty. Waffle mix was watered down. No fruit.

Never got to stay due to front desk cancelling my reservations.

The front desk was very rude and made my first few days of my wedding week bad. They canceled my reservations and we had nowhere to stay when we arrived in South Carolina
