I liked the size of the room but it was sooo nasty and i was not told the facility was renovating

It was being renovated so the pool was closed and i the big tub in my room didn’t work. Nothing was good

I was actually going to call you. When I cottage there the outside was trashy everywhere. I spoke to front desk and told him price as of that day was $92. He charged me 172.00. I told him it was a wripp off. He said he couldn't change it. I know from previous booking with you that he could. My friend Mike Dennis was charged the same. I was to exhausted to call you that day. I was on a busy motorcycle mission trip. Sure believe I deserved a refund. Did not eat breakfast there.

The bed was nice. The refurbished job is awful. I could do a better job and im 76yr old.
