Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Murrells Inlet, SC

Location was close to the beach, but far away from the tourist attractions. If you dont want to surrounded by people, traffic, and noise, this location is perfect.

The hotel is under construction and certain floors are still being renovated. . The floor that we stayed in was updated, but not completed. The room was dusty(I wiped down the whole room before we unpacked), no carpet(we were told that at check-in), the lighteningwas terrible & electrical wires were showing. No breakfast, just water, tea,& coffee.

Hotel was disgusting. Hotel was being renovated sheet rock dust and construction debris everywhere. Room had a terrible odor and none of the ice machines worked. I checked out 30 mins after I got there and stayed at another property booked through your site. I expect a full refund front desk said you had to give it to me.

I arrived with my family for a weekend visit and was shocked to see the outside of the hotel was in bad condition and the inside was under renovation. Two of the amenities I had reserved the hotel to have were not available aeb pool and kitchen under renovation and area covered with a tarp but this was not updated on Booking.com website by the property or lack of communication with booking. I explained to the man at front desk and he cancelled the reservation. I then had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone to find a place to stay and booking.com sent me to a 2nd hotel that was awful as well.

The Country Inn and Suites in Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach was a incredible disappointment, The hotel was unclean and dirty, There was an terrible odor permeating throughout the building, When we got to the room assigned, the carpet was stained and dirty like the ones in the entire hotel. The ceiling was peeling and the beds uncomfortable to sit on, And there was an unpleasant odor in the room as well, The worst part was that when my wife attempted to use the bathroom, she almost fell off of the toilet as the entire toilet was not bolted to the floor ! When the hotel attendant offered another room, it was slightly better however the A/C - Heating unit did not work ! We then decided to leave the hotel and cancelled our reservation - we expect a refund if the credit card on file was charged, I am attaching photos of the room to prove my unpleasant experience,
