Nice & cozy Clean, very nice views. Good food and very tranquil.

Bath faucet was loose. Special room arrangements (rose petals) were not placed as stated in the package. I had to call front desk to made them fix but they didn’t, they just moved the petals from the bathroom to the jacuzzi in 2nd floor, but charged as full.🫤 disappointed Pool was unattended, I had to go to front desk to ask for towels. Also, jacuzzi pool was warm, not hot as advertised and confirmed by phone from front desk. That was one of the main reasons for our stay selection and we barely spent 15 min in.🥶 Check out felt uncomfortable, no digital feedback survey, only paper and once I paid the lady took a call and move away. That was it.
