"I did not stay. Left key in room and checked into another Hotel."

It was a decent location-right near the interstate. The girl at front desk was very nice. Did not look like the picture

Condition of building Door did not properly close Lock on door was compromised Did not feel safe TV reception was off Folks smoking outside, infiltrated the room Fridge was frozen and smelled

The gentleman at front desk was nice and the older gentleman (army veteran) was really nice.

Room wasn't very clean The bed had hair on sheets and a big hair ball stuck to the flat sheet... ALOT of stains on sheets, blankets and bed spread!!! The refrigerator smelled really bad and wasn't even plugged in... Holes in the couch... NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THIS PLACE. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN...

"Close this place down"

Close this place down. We paid more for this room than in a Red Roof in Corbin, KY. Our couch was so old & dirty I would not put my purse on it. I wondered when the blanket on the bed was last laundered. There was no ice & the ice machine looked like it was made in 1950, was turned off with no sign on it to instruct how to get ice. An office chair was sitting outside a room. Other fixtures & furniture were stored next to a stairwell. There was only decaf coffee in the room & the staffer said they had not had regular coffee packets in a week. For this place to be so close to Knoxville & other better hotel chains, this is the last Red Roof we will stay in for a cheap overnight stop on a long road trip.

Needs a desperate update. Door locks were unsafe. Daily housekeeping did not happen, no coffee pot in room. But the check-in staff was exceptionally helpful!
