"Exceptional"

The hotel was in a great location. Easy access. The room was very clean and the king size bed was super comfortable. The room had all of the necessary amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The air was not on in the room when we entered. But the air worked great and cooled off the room quickly.

"This place really really sucks."

Everything was poorly kept, management was very rude. Bugs in the rooms. I've traveled all over the country and stayed in over 300 hotels. This one ranked next to last

It is dirty; the bed linen is soiled—it hadn't been changed after the previous guests, and there were shoe marks on the bed. I asked for an invoice, but they did not provide one.

"Overnight stay"

The front desk clerk was very nice when we checked in and it was late evening. The type room I chose was next to a smoking room and she moved us to a total non smoking area. Greatly appreciated that.
