Nothing.

The computer issues, the waiting 1 1/2 hours to get a room with only 2 people in the lobby, key cards not working several times, bugs in the room, questionable things on the top sheet of the bed, questionable stuff in the bathroom (just grimey I guess still gross), and the room didn’t smell too good either.

Fabulous stay. No problems whatsoever. Room was extremely clean, water pressure is excellent and plenty of room for 2 adults/2kids in the room. Pool area is exceptional. They cabana furniture really does need recovering but there were plenty ro go around and both my husband and I and our kids loved the pool area! Definitely a “do-again” hotel! Room 261 is the absolute best with a balcony overlooking the pool.
