The location was about it 8 minutes from Toyota factory as we were there for a Yungblud concert

The staff tried accuse me of stealing a candy bar bc I set my water down on the shelf to verify the price of the water. Very rude claimed it was on camera but when I asked them to show me the proof they said never mind it was fine.

Room 250 had a smell to it and the ac was working the next room was fine but no hot water the boiler had been down for a couple of weeks from what i was told by the lady at the front desk

Está muy sucio el hotel, no había agua caliente se descompuso el boiler, la recepcionista nunca estaba , el desayuno estaba muy feo… las alfombras súper sucias, la habitación tenía un olor a sucio…
