Employees rude, it smelled awful, charged a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere and you don’t get it back for at least 3-4 days, told me the room I reserved wasn’t available because something had to be fixed then charged same amount for a less quality room then gave us a room that had not been cleaned at all since the last guests were there and then called me rude for complaining about it. One day trip with friend the room was clean. What we need for one night stay and the price was great.

Price. Over all, the rooms were clean, the hotel was close to the base and shopping.

We had to ask to switch one of the rooms as it smelled like smoke. There are many families living at the hotel who are up at all hours, screeching children, very loud. Although there is a pool, it was under construction, the ice machine was dirty and contained what looked like mold, there was no breakfast, and upon check out, they came in and checked out my daughter's room before she left making her feel very embarrassed. The beds were lumpy and the garbage disposal in the rooms did not work so the sink backed up. There was a stove but no pots or pans to cook with so it was kind of useless. It looks like the hotel is undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves but having families living there really brings it down. It has great potential with some attention to details.

First they tried to give someone my room while I was still in it. So as I’m getting undressed for bed someone is trying to get into my room! I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get it straightened out. There was a bandaid with a Cotten ball on it over the peephole on the door. Upon leaving she tried to keep my $50 deposit because I used the wash cloth for its intended purpose and washed my face and it had makeup on it!

When arriving at the hotel we went in n revived our key card for the room. We went to our room to find out someone was all ready in the room 😳. Wound up going back to the office to end up in another room went to the room couldn’t get in the room. Was not happy was traveling most of the day ! We chose this hotel to travel to because we had to bring our son to his next service for the national guard ! I was dissatisfied because My Soldier was exhausted and we had to stand out side for approximately a hour and a half or more to get in a room ! First room someone had all ready second room door wouldn’t open ! My son serves this country I figured a little respect even a discount would had been nice !! But oh well I guess ! Will be better prepared next time !!!

room was clean, staff was great. Our door to our room wasnt built properly and had a huge gap at the bottom of the door. asked to change rooms and was allowed but every other room we looked at had the same problem.

The pool was closed and they charged outrageous prices for a medical device failing and staining the sheets

The convenience of the location and the front desk staff was pleasant. AC was cold and shower was hot.

I didn't have a chair for the desk and everything looks very old... ie; nightstand and television. Couuld also work on the smell of the room.

This place was generally ok for a quick stay. My door had a gap in the jam of about 1/2 an inch, I could see light coming through it and there was no deadbolt on the door to make sure it stayed locked. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the area behind the bed had screws coming out of the wall like a headboard had been ripped off. Check in was easy, the attendant was friendly. There was no breakfast, no pool, no workout area, even though they were all listed as available when I booked. Overall, for my short stay it was acceptable, but I would have stayed there with my kids or for more than a night.
