Dry clean

Fire alarm went off at 0245 and again 0800 on our last night of our stay. Told by staff it was because of batteries being g changed. Seriously? At 0245 and 0800??

Good breakfast ,nice parking ,big nice rooms ,great stuff

The breakfast was okay. Not enough of selection or running out of items the room was clean and comfortable

The air conditioning made too much noise did not get enough sleep. The shower heads need to be clean from time to time

The breakfast was good. I appreciated the brands (Kelloggs, General Mills) of cereals provided rather than the cereals most hotels provide. The waffles also were better than those provided by any other hotel I have visited. The hotel room was very clean and the quality of soap/shampoo/lotion was very good. I also appreciated the fitness room.

Just one little thing...and it is minor! Most all hotels provide Raisin Bran cereal and I was surprised that this one did not. Again, this is not a major issue at all, but that is my go-to breakfast cereal and I was just surprised not to see it in the breakfast area!

The variety of breakfast items was disappointing. The location of the property was perfect.

The room was very small, sparsely decorated, there was no dresser or drawers for our belongings, there were no chair(s) in the room other than the desk chair, the bathtub was very slippery, poor lighting in the room. The housekeeping staff was extremely loud during the day, the elevator was very slow, the beds were very uncomfortable, every day of our stay we had to have our room keys reprogrammed to function, the temperature in the room could not he regulated to a comfortable level, it was either too hot or too cold,
