"Good hotel bad service"

I really like this hotel I like how clean it is and normally I like how cheap it is

I was charged two times for 191 which would be a fraudulent charge to my card. And If I don't see that money back on my card soon, I'll be contacting Monroe police and a lawyer. A fraudulent charge is illegal. This hotel broke the law and charged me a second time I would not recommend it

"Very nice room/suite. Quiet and clean. The mattress sagging on one side. Like it was very well used."

It was good. The sausage was a bit underdone. Excellent choices though.

Honestly wish I had not stayed here. I was stolen from it's now been 12 days and I have not been refunded the 191.38 dollars I was supposed to. There's already record on this website confirming the manager said I would be refunded. I called today showed bank statements and picture proof I was double charged. Called my bank they confirmed it was an additional charge and that the hotel placed a hold on my account. This hotel stole from me and denied giving me a refund and is telling me there is no hold on my account. If you value your money or time please do not stay here.

I was stolen from. I was charged twice for 191.38 it's been 12 days now the manager replied to my first review saying is be refunded and that it had only been 4 days and to give it more time. It's not been 12 I called them today and was told there was nothing to be refunded. I've since contacted Monroe police and am waiting for a call back. This place broke the law. Do not stay here

Everything there in the guest room. I use the guest room to rest, eat, use the bathroom, and sleep when I have to work at the Evergreen State Fair Park for more than one day in a row.
