Que me robaron mi deposito jamas me llego los $100 dolares de deposito son unos ladrones con mi tarjeta de credito deberian de aceptar cash mejor y debolverlo cuando uno devuelva la habitacion... que lastima que se esten dando esa reputacion ...

The upstairs room leaked on me from the toilet upstairs. Overnight, it leaked in the hallway and when I went to the bathroom in the morning, I did not see myself stepping water, and I fell to the floor. Then while sitting on the toilet additional water was leaking from the toilet upstairs onto me. I’ve been waiting now for a couple weeks for a refund as a front desk person guaranteed, but nothing has happened yet. This is very unfortunate.

"Wonderful Hotel"

Our Room was clean, and very comfortable. The beds were perfect - not too soft, not too hard. Continental breakfast had a fairly large variety, and the food was very tasty. Location is great. Staff is wonderful. I had left my coat in the room, and didnt realize it until a few days later. My daughter was going to Washington, and booked the same hotel. The staff went above and beyond by making sure my coat was placed in my daughter's room before her arrival. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, the next time I am in Puyallup.

I can't say there was anything that I didn't like.

"Comfortable stay"

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

We reported that the water in the shower had very little pressure. They did say that they would report it to maintenance.
