"Disappointed in pool."

The breakfast was good

Pool was freezing cold and staff unable to assist. Walls were paper thin. Refrigerator in room was so loud.

The staff gave me a chance to grab a quick bite to eat since I was checking out before breakfast. They had yogurt, ceral, bagels, and toast I could get to eat.

"Lady at the front desk ruined the stay there and then kicked me out and wouldn't give me HR number"

The staff was awful and did things incorrectly and actually kicked me out because I wanted to talk to the manager about how the front desk lady was acting towards me.

The staff was terrible and obviously not trained enough

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Everything was modern and well worth the price.

My room was right across from the ice machine so that was a little noisy. Other guys were slamming doors through out the night. Once I figured out that I could turn the AC fan on constantly, that blocked out majority of the noise. Breakfast could have been a wider selection but the cheesy eggs were very good!

Not such a good location and staff was not pleasant at the front desk also durning breakfast food ran out a couple times, saw a staff member make a plate and take with her out the door also a cross bar fell on a person that was having breakfast and staff came out fixed but said nothing just a mad look like it was his fault. Staff was not happy or pleasant in front area

Front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. The waffles were a nice touch. Room was cozy and perfect size for my wife and myself. Location was close to major stores and outlets.

Jacuzzi was average size but quite filled with guest. Water was foamy and it was clear that many guest had used this facility throughout the day. The front desk staff supplied fresh towels to the pool area, but facility should consider cleaning the jacuzzi between shifts. There weren't many restaurants or food choices in the area after 10pm. Housekeeping staff did not freshen up the room or resupply with clean towels during my stay.
