"I will be staying next time i visit the NEC birmingham again."

Staff are always friendly and a bottle of milk was in the fridge ready for a cuppa when i arrived. clean and warm. close to shops and takeaways.

"If the bed the was comfortable and the sheets were clean, I would actually recommend it to others."

The location is good. Ample parking space. Easy access to the property.

Bedsheets were not clean. The mattress was so bad, it gave me a back pain.
