Apartamentos los volcanes

CON ALERT: Nothing. We did not gain entry. This is not a hotel and should be removed from Bookings. The apartment was occupied. Which was “impossible” according to Pablo the con man who runs it. There is no reception everything is done on WhatsApp probably for Pablos own protection. We had to find alternative accommodation at last minute which was not cheap - do not put yourself in this position. Read the reviews on trip advisor which unfortunately I didn’t. Don’t use!

Everything see above. See photos of dump from outside. Luxury views what a laugh! No pool no facilities. Just a shabby rundown staircase to an occupied room. Terrible.

Lokalizacja , kontakt z właścicielem. Pablo był znakomitym gospodarzem i błyskawicznie odpowiadał na każde nasze pytania. Fajna opcja korzystania z centrum sportowego tuż obok (basen pływacki , siłownia). Apartament położony kilka kroków od oceanu i plaży ,sklepów oraz mnóstwa restauracji do wyboru.

Apartment was not clean

I stayed in the small apartmwnt with my wife and our infant daughter. It was ideal for what we were looking for. Small kitchen, fridge, microwave, air conditioning and a washing machine. The leisure facilities were located within 50 metres of apartment ~ a children’s pool, excellent gym, swimming lanes. The location is superb. Extremely close to shops, restaurants, both beaches and a 2.5km walk along the main beach. This apartment is all about the location. Pablo (the owner) is sound ~ an excellent communicator and allowed us to have a late check out to accomodate the needs of our child when facing a late flight home. He provided us with a cot, high hair and even gave us a teddy for our girl! I would like to stay here again.

The swimming pool is not suitable for older children who want to play casually at the pool but other than that, I can’t think of anything negative to say!

The location was great. The host was very helpful and always there if anything we needed. The apartment had everything, washing machine, iron, beach towels, cleaning products.. Lovely view of the sea and sunset. Access to leasure centre across the road, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The host waited for us to give us the keys and showed us around.

The apartment wasn't as spacious as we seen on booking.com One of us had to sleep on the sofa as one double bed wasn't big enough for two people.It is more for two children.

Everything was in working order but things not the property I was led to believe I was booking.

The apartment was tiny in comparison to the photos There was no outdoor terrace area There was nowhere to sit outside The rooms were very small The pool is not part of the apartment-it is across the road in a public complex The host ignored my text message when I told him I was disappointed

Host was great, any issues we communicated were sorted straight away. Beds were very comfortable and the place was generally clean all around.

Only bad points to mention is there was no balcony as advertised, some damage to walls holes etc ,sliding door was broken wouldn't open, no towels

De luxery vieuws pfffff. We hadden uitzicht van het balkon op satelliet schotels, airconditioning units en solar panels van de overburen ongeveer 10 meter van ons.De advertentie en foto’s is valse voorlichtingen. Zwembad niet eens kunnen vinden.
