Apartamentos los volcanes luxury views

The location is very good and close to old town and beach. New town and strip few min walk. The apartment is clean, bed comfortable enough and shower is hot and works well.

The one bedroomed apartment we stayed in wasn't shown in pictures. It was ground floor with a tiny balcony and a view of back wall and dead overgrown bush. Didnt matter too much though as we were out and about. Also pool as shown is part of a leisure club opposite apartment rather than part of the complex. Pool is used for lessons so cant really be used for a splash about/cool down.

Great location

Very disappointing stay. The apartment was completely different from the photos advertised and there was nothing “luxury” about it despite the name. The apartment itself was tiny for three people, very dated, dirty, and in serious need of updating. The plates and kitchen items had clearly not been cleaned properly, and there were creams and other belongings left behind by previous guests which made the whole apartment feel very unclean and poorly maintained. Communication with the host Pablo was extremely difficult as he spoke no English, which made resolving issues frustrating. Unfortunately, I also found him rude and cold throughout our stay. The swimming pool was not even in the building — it was across the road, which was inconvenient. It also appeared to be mainly used for swimming lessons, with loud children constantly screaming and shouting, so it was not relaxing at all. About an hour after checking in, there was a very loud bang and we discovered the water tank in the bathroom had exploded and was leaking heavily onto the electrical items beneath it. The host returned to fix it but unfairly blamed us, despite the fact we had only taken a quick shower after travelling. We were then moved to an upstairs apartment. The host simply stood with his arms folded and offered no help with luggage or the move. After changing apartments, our pool access card no longer worked and it took over an hour for the issue to be resolved, causing even more inconvenience. Basic essentials were also lacking — we had to request towels and even buy our own toilet roll, which should absolutely have been provided. I ended up moving elsewhere for the final two nights because the apartment was so uncomfortable and cramped. I would definitely not stay here again and would advise others to avoid it.
