Location quiet but close to all anenities

Some items not present. Ie hand towels beach towels as advertised. Shower/ bath not in good condition no rails in kitchen to hang tea towels. Lack of instructions on use of various items like TV. WIFI. Aircon etc Water flow very very slow in taps and hot water didn’t last two showers should have breakfast bowls. Not just soup bowls. Also the second bedroom had a hole in the ceiling over the bunkbed
