Location, easy to access the train station

Never received a straight answer to why I was charged for two rooms when it was just my wife and I, was booked directly to the hotel, was told that I booked two rooms? No refunds, no apologies, just take the money and To bad for you! Poor customer service and will not be returning.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bahnhofsnähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet: Es gab Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, Kaffee und Tee sowie ein komfortables Bett. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und umfasste unter anderem Obst, Gemüse, gekochtes Ei und Rührei.

Ein großer Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel über keinen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt. Es stehen jedoch öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung (19 Euro pro Tag oder P+R 14 Euro pro Tag). Beim Frühstück in einem solchen Hotel hätte man vielleicht frische Omeletts oder Spiegeleier erwartet.
