The room is very clean, large and has very nice pillows. Makes for a good sleep. Now the challenge is the restaurant which is understaffed, food was not feeling fresh and staff are stressed. The bar is nice but a lighting problem where it feels like you sit in an office environment. Staff overall is friendly, but feel stressed out. Had to wait for 35+ minutes for the airport shuttle to come and pick up at the terminal. Walked back to the terminal from the hotel after check out.

Room was spacious.

No one available at the reception. When they see you waiting at reception, they come from the office. First guy who came to assist me was not welcoming and not supportive at all. In fact I feel his behaviour and approach was very rude. Parking is very confusing and reception didn't guide properly.
