Just location

I have stayed in many Mövenpick hotels around the world, and this is the first time I am leaving a negative review. The heating in the room did not work at night, and the staff refused to help, saying they were alone at reception. After 10 PM, there was no food available anywhere, even the minibar was empty. There were no slippers in the room, and despite requesting them, nobody brought them. The next morning, instead of apologizing, the staff were arrogant and said: “We are a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel.” As someone who visits Geneva often, I will definitely not stay here again.
