Residence Inn Sacramento Rancho Cordova

We needed to stay close to the hospital to support a family member's critical surgery and hospital stay - to have quick and easy access to the hospital. Residence Inn was accommodating in allowing us flexibility to extend our stay as well as watched out for our our adult disabled daughter's safety while we were going to and from the hospital. It was a very clean and safe and quiet facility.

This location was one of the best Marriott locations we have reserved. It was clean, quiet, well kept, and responsive. The hotel staff were congenial and prompt. Thank you for making our stay warm And comfortable !

The hotel desperately needed to be updated. The hotel room was well appointed, but not as clean as i would expect from a Marriott. Dirt on the floor, clogged drain, hair on the towels and stains on the linen.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Biggest issue was the loud roaring noise in the room. Perhaps a heater? Couldn’t stop it even with turning down the thermostat.no sleep for me.

Pool was small, loud, dirty (strange bubbles on top, murky water, sand on bottom, windows filthy) and dangerous - ladder at deep end had top step that swiveled 360 degrees when you tried to sept on it. There were no towels. Exercise room dark stuffy and not well equipped. Also a strange smell in there. Food was blah, hard tasteless eggs, no fruit, lots of starch. The "store'' had little to offer - chips, icecream, some drink, no alcohol, very little in the way of frozen dinners - mac and cheese. Our room was extremely loud and freeway was close by, but circuitous to get to hotel from there and back. Also cold and insufficient bedding, uncomfortable sofa and way too soft bed - we all woke with back aches. This inn is set in a parking lot adjacent to a business complex and casino- weird. The kitchenette had bare minimum. No oven, just two burners. The saving grace was the staff, who did the best they could given minimal resources and understaffing. Kudos to them for keeping a brave face despite disgruntled patrons.

Liked the property. Very convenient location. Kudos to the staff. Very friendly and welcoming.
