1) Bed was too high and 2 soft. 2) Cleaning crew removed my personal clothing hangers from my room.

Friendly staff, clean lobby. The room was nicely lit. Toilet wasn’t seated properly so it wobbled, the sink was slow draining and whiskers came up while it was draining (I don’t shave), walls in the shower area were streaky and a little sticky, but the shower and tub themselves were nice and clean. The air conditioner definitely needs cleaning; the air smelled of mildew when I turned it on and my eyes were irritated right after. The mattress was firm and didn’t have sag in the middle or one side as hotels often end up with, but it felt like very little between me and the springs. That being said, the bedding was clean and crisp and didn’t smell of perfume. I really wanted to like this place, but it didn’t seem like the 8.4 rating it had.

Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing there to eat. Room was ok.

It’s a good stop over type hotel

The bed was small, too firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were not comfortable either. I asked if I could change rooms, even if I paid more, and they didn’t accommodate us (although the hotel was not even half full). There is no elevator. The ice machine is inside the lobby, and breakfast is cereal and coffee.
