The room was not ready at check in, My sheets and cover had a smell to them when getting in them, and the bathroom shower handle came off

Location.

The elevator did not work. The house keeping carts were outside our room our entire stay. The stairs were nasty and had a bad smell.

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff interaction.

Broken coffee maker, broken blow dryer, no jacuzzi tub or king size bed, half made bed with all 4 corners of the sheet tucked into the top.. sticky surfaces and a creaky bed.

The staff was very friendly! In a nice, convenient location. Loved the Lemon infused Ice Water in the lobby.

The elevator was out of service, but I understand these things happen,and this had no impact on the quality of our visit.
