"GROSS!"

DO NOT STAY HERE! The smell on the 2nd floor was so offensive and when I inquired with the manager his response was "what do you want me to do about it." When I asked for clean towels and also an ironing board (that would stand up) they sent a person to our room who explained she didn't work for Hilton but worked for the county program that took place at the hotel. She told us "there was a guest who was discharged from a hospital who urinated on the floor and they were trying to clean it up with disinfectant." Guests in the elevator complained the 3rd floor smelled like poop and cigarettes. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

I stayed there 3 days, and no one came in to perform room service over that time period.

"Quality slipping at this hotel"

I wasn't greeted as an Honors member, and wasn't give free bottles of water (which is custom for being an Honors member). The room was OK, but the ventilation system was cantankerous and kept switching from too-cold AC to heat. It wouldn't just let me run the fan with no AC or heat. I also asked in advance for a ground-level room and was given one on the 3rd floor. I didn't complain because I was too tired to argue after driving 8 hours that day.
